In order to create management strategies, accomplishing businness strategies and aims regarding the existing sources, determining selection and placement management according to the needs, budgeting, accounting, employment methods, evaluation methods, determining workplace working conditions trainings and development policies.

Selection and placement process starts with annual human resource planning and budget studies.
The purpose of selection and placement management is to select and place the right person with the speacialties needed by the staff, same common culture and values with the company,ability to fulfill the needs of his/her position,enough experience and capabilities in order to carry our expectations further and further to the future.
Employment process starts with the interview of candidates chosen by the human resources management. Duty capacity, qualifications, personal behaviour and capability of the candidates will be examined. After being approved, candidates will be a subject to a technical interview with the relevant managers in order to determine their technical sufficiency, convenience and analyze the experience level. REferance researches will take place if the candidates are approved again after the technical interview. Then the last interview call will be made after the review of the references by human resources manager and technical managers. The employment process will be terminated after discussing the wages policy of the company and the considerations with the candidate.

The aim is to make our employees's culturel and Professional improvements permanent and to increase the performance of our employees. Trainings start with orientation process and continues with trainings about self-improvement, knowledge and skills and performance improvement. Trainings are considered as 2 groups, inside and outside the company. Inside trainings are executed by department managers and configured according to their qualifications and technical knowledge. Outside traninigs are executed by consulting companies.Also our company organises language courses with foreign language educational instutitions to improve our employees's current foreign language knowledge.

Our company provides lunch opportunity as a result of the co-operation between head Office and projects. There is a shuttle service to ensure all employees get to work safely. On determined dates, our company organises bowling and football tournaments and also sightseeing tours and provides opportunities for our employees to have a good time together.
