Human Resources management has a very important function in the success of an organization since it equips personnel with the company paradigms and aims.

The Human Resource Department of Erošlu Holding gives full support to our current workforce to reach the vision set by our group. Our objective is to find and develop qualified personnel, reward their success, and assist them to work in accordance with national laws and regulations within a harmonious and fulfilling working environment. We provide professional services within the context of our social responsibility approach by developing a human resources strategy related to the main aims of our organization. In addition, the department continues to shape the organization by monitoring the latest developments, which can be implemented for the benefit of the company and personnel.  

Since our establishment as Erošlu Holding, the respect for all our personnel in all our actions has been one of our most sacred principles. Indeed, this principle lies at the core of the Department of Human Resources and played a crucial role during the rapid development of the organization after 1995s, and after the restructuring process in 1997. Both administrators and personnel at all levels undertake continuous and systematic training, which not only benefit the personnel in their company lives but also their private ones. 

Human Resource practices are deemed to be paramount at Erošlu Holding, as they have been shown to be good business practice throughout the world. The global economy requires a general standardization therefore Human Resource practices and implementations are necessary to enhance the institution. In addition, Human Resource management provides important advantages for companies in applying the provisions of new commercial law and job-protection regulations made within the context of the EU membership process.

We believe that the way to improve the effectiveness of Erošlu Holding, in the global arena, is through carefully planned projects. Thus, the Human Resource Department of Erošlu Holding is putting emphasis on the coordination of all human resource activities of the group around the world, through the head office.  We implement the policies and practices developed domestically, in overseas locations while taking into consideration local differences. Our aim is to provide a greater synergy by establishing a strong coordination between all domestic and overseas activities of the Erošlu Holding.
