We had a dream... All our preparations and plans were to be a global textile giant. A real world colossus which would always look for innovation and rejuvenation, have an undisputed place among its competitors in the international arena, and would not compromise on the premise of respect … In order to fulfill this dream, we have worked intensively for 24 years, and we have learnt that being patient was the art of hope. From the acorn, hope germinates, which strengthens with courage, to become a giant oak budding and growing.

The Eroğlu Group has overcome the problem of many family-owned companies, whereby the family dominants and determines every activity, and turned this into an advantage. To this end we see training programs as the crux to maintain the advantages of family-orientation. Development programs are carried out throughout the institution at all levels from Board Management to shop floor workers as we perceive learning and self-improvement to be universal and life-long.

Restructuring and institutionalizing studies commenced in 1992 and laid the groundwork for the growth of the enterprise, providing a significant opportunity for the company to flourish. The enterprise was reorganized as Eroğlu Holding in 2006 as these studies’ bared fruit.

After restructuring, the Holding had become a center, utilizing the matrix organization model, to provide strategic support for the subsidiary companies. Thus, financial affairs, human resource management, information technology are included in the base structure as the main departments shaping the group. In addition, the functions such as consultancy in various areas such as strategic planning and public relations also support the Holding.

As Eroğlu Holding, our following objectives are; to have constant steadfast development simultaneously providing our personnel with the highest standards of working and social conditions; to give our customers not only quality and a brand but also a value. Within this context, our efforts in the construction industry have become a new source of excitement. Our determination and passion through contributing to the development of society by creating employment will continue while we maintain to develop globally.
