One pervading aim of Eroğlu Holding is customer appreciation with a high-quality service and a large product-range, and with this premise imbued in the company philosophy; we have tried hard within the concept of "to do the little jobs is the way to be able to do the big jobs well". The fact that Eroğlu Holding, whose foundation was laid in a small clothing workshop with 6 machines in 1983, produces approximately 20 million units of sportswear to be sold in 167 stores at home and abroad, in nearly 3.000 holding-owned retail points in whole world annually, shows that our determination to keep this principle has not been wasted.In 1992, Eroğlu Confection was changed to Eroğlu Clothing Industry. KULİS brand commenced to be produced as Colin's. In 1997, in the concept of management-organization and restructuring, we added the Loft brand to our range, and thus presented the two biggest brands to Turkey and the whole world. Erk Inc. was established with the purpose of marketing the Loft brand, and also in order to perform the retail activities, we established Erma Inc. Thus, through internal restructuring marketing, exporting and financial departments have become more dynamic. Colin's and Loft brands are designed according to the latest trends. Designs are turned into models, orders are received, and planning and production is undertaken accordingly, both in Turkey and abroad. The goods are then forwarded to wholesale and retail points, by ERK Marketing for the Colin's and Loft brands. If we consider that there are two main seasons in a year, presenting hundreds of model products every season, and every product has an element like material, accessory, color, weaving, washing etc., the intensity of our work can be easily understood. It is the passion, hard work, perseverance and patience of our employees, which make our products a brand rather than ordinary goods. When we look at the point we have reached today, we are happy and proud to take our place among the world's brands. Our brands are at the center of the marketing enterprise and direct all our marketing activities. To ensure that our brands become a market leader, understanding our customers is the basis of all our marketing strategies. All our efforts go into ensuring every product has the desired standard. We are proud of our commitment to high standards throughout the process from design to retail and when our products, Colin's, especially, are spoken about favorably, as world brands, one of our aims at the very start of this enterprise has been fulfilled. Our operations will continue to be conducted with professionalism and quality in mind; advertisement and marketing activities with permanent, planned and consistent policies to transmit the right message at the right time, for the right goal. As the famous philosopher Emerson once said, "the project cannot be achieved, if no excitement is felt." We still feel the excitement of the first day we began to work, and obtain that power from the personnel with whom we work and stand shoulder to shoulder with to achieve the same goal of customer satisfaction. This power also comes from our customers whom we consider as our guests. |
