We aim to develop through finding strategies, which will not only accommodate changing and developing world markets, through developing our product range and investing in new areas but also ensure that they are environmentally friendly.

In addition to our intensive and successful efforts in the textile sector, we are making global investments in the construction and real estate sectors, and undertaking research into the development of new ventures. As Eroğlu Holding, we continue to work with enthusiasm in the international textile and construction sectors as if it was our very first day.

By believing in our abilities, retaining our values and hard work, the goal to be a world brand has been fulfilled by the Eroğlu group. Since starting our clothes manufacturing business with only 6 machines, our most important policy has been integrity, investment in people, treating customers as guests and employees with fairness and respect. We, at Eroğlu Holding, are aware of the success of this formula and endeavor to maintain this mindset.

In a changing and globalizing world, desire, strength, determination, leadership, R&D and marketing skills are the vital criteria not only to achieve success but also to maintain it. The entrepreneurial spirit, and channeling its sensitive balance correctly, has had a very important role in the rapid growth of our group and its current success. Both investments in machinery, through the investment in technological development, and human resources have made a significant contribution to the success of the institution. Our group's success lies in the ability to reflect company's objectives and profile in the best way to the target customer profile, by combining a service concept based on customer pleasure with detailed knowledge of the sector and extensive experience, thanks to the professionalism of the personnel at all levels of the company.

Although we keep the spirit of a family company, our policy is one of continual development using every method at our disposal from external consultancy, audits, efficiency analysis, R&D projects, management restructure to constant employee training and development focusing on the targeted and desired needs of all personnel. Hence, the rapid development a relative youthful enterprise, only 24 years old, to match the size and success of companies more than four times our age not only in Turkey but also worldwide. The dynamism and youth of the company will allow us to progress further in 2007.

"Success requires growth and growth means change". With premise in mind, our aim is to build on our development by finding strategies, which will accommodate changing and developing world markets, through the advancement of our product range and continual investment in production facilities.

In the line with this reasoning, one of our proudest projects is the denim textile and clothes production facility in Çorlu whose opening ceremony was graced by our Prime Minister Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. This facility, with a 45.000 m² production area, is the biggest denim production facility in Europe, equipped with the latest technology with the capacity to compete against our competitors in terms of costs and rapid response to demand. However, our goal is not just to provide a better standard of service and product but also consider our wider responsibilities to the environment. To this end our factories are fitted out with the latest green technology including highly efficient machinery and water treatment systems.

In conclusion, the question that should be asked in every part of the life is not "What have we gained?" but "What have we done? " Today, when we take a worldwide view, we see a world colossus, which has the production capacity of 20 million units annually, with 3.000 retail points in total, 167 of which are its own stores. We, a big family, have 5.521 personnel in 32 different countries; take power and courage from the vigorous contributions of personnel working at home and abroad. In addition to our intensive and successful efforts in the textile sector, we are making worldwide investments in the construction sector, and undertaking research and development into new ventures. As Eroğlu Holding, we continue to work with enthusiasm in the international textile and construction sectors as if it was our very first day.
